When she overhears supernatural voices celebrating the impending death of the school quarterback, Levi Anderson, she knows she has to do something to prevent it. Review

I received this book for free because I voted for it on Kindle Scout before it was published, so they gave the voters a free copy.
This was a cute YA romance with a twist. Adelle is a girl who can hear demons (hence the title lol) and one day she overhears demons discuss a classmates, Levi, death. In an effort to save his life, she also catches his attention. Together, they must the solve the mystery of who is trying to kill Levi.
I loved Levi. He was definitely one of the perks of reading this book. He is kind and loyal. I love banter between characters and this book is full of them so that's another plus. There is some suspense and mystery to make this stand out among the YA romance genre. This is a standalone so there is no cliff-hanger. There is no love-triangle (YAY!). There was a scene that many readers will find predictable, but overall this was a nice, well-written story.
Love Triangle: No
Cliff-hanger: No
Standalone: Yes
